RMA Annual Statement Studies Valuation Edition

Exclusively available from ValuSource

An enhanced RMA Annual Statement Studies product specifically for appraisers. In addition to the data contained in our standard RMA Annual Statement Studies database (see below), the Valuation Edition contains enhanced financial ratios, including national and regional data, the entire distribution curve for every variable, an income statement and balance sheet presented in dollars ($) as well as in percentages (%), and industry growth rates. ValuSource’s RMA Annual Statement Studies Valuation Edition has more of what the valuation professional needs, and is available exclusively from ValuSource.

This year RMA added new EBITDA ratio and it’s important for valuators!

EBITDA to Sales will be very useful to valuators for a few reasons. First is that EBITDA has long been used as a proxy for cash flow and having data on how much cash flow a subject company should generate will greatly improve the valuators ability to determine the strength (or weakness) of the subject company.

The second reason is that using EBITDA to Sales ratio will enable valuators to calculate median depreciation/amortization. This will be helpful in determining cash flow and capital expenditures. Note that this calculation will only be possible in the Valuation Edition of the Statement Studies.
