How it works

The Damages Advocate application makes it very simple for you and your staff to enter case data and obtain a preliminary report.   Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Employment Law all work in a similar manner.

A simple navigation system takes you from case identification to report in 8 easy steps:

  1. Case Setup
  2. Retirement / Life Span
  3. Employment
  4. Dependents
  5. Household Services
  6. Medical Expenses
  7. Other Damages
  8. Calculation Options

Damages data is an important part of the damages calculation and Damages Advocate includes the following integrated databases:

  1. Bureau of Labor Statistics
  2. Ciecka Donley & Goldman
  3. Hunt, Pickersill & Rutermiller
  4. Median Years to Retirement
  5. Skoog & Cieka
